A 7,000 SF restaurant and piano bar in Montrose designed to embody the elegance of a private social club. Featuring oxblood walls, velvet banquettes, a fluted marble bar, dark wood paneling, and nearly 40 curated artworks, the space earned top honors at the 2025 REjournals Texas Real Estate Awards.
