The Grove is a mixed use complex planned for development by Sterling Multi-Family Development on 2.5 acres in Carrollton, Texas. The project is comprised of 5 and 6 story buildings, including senior housing and retail components and 6 – 8 story structured parking facilities. The residential building structures are designed utilizing concrete tunnelform frames with wood stud infill and a brick and stucco exterior wall system. The project will seek LEED Certification.
