Legacy on the Lake
Austin, Texas
Legacy on the Lake is a 31-story residential tower with 184 luxury units overlooking Town Lake and downtown Austin. Constructed with a tunnelform cast in place concrete frame, the 419,000 SF tower is Austin's first LEED Certified residential tower. A nine story pre-cast parking garage provides 302 parking spaces for the residents. Developed by Legacy Partners Residential, the project was completed in 2008.
Legacy River Park
Redmond, Washington
The River Park Apartments are part of a pedestrian oriented mixed-use development including a retail component, office building and hotel. The development is located on 6.14 acres adjacent to Luke McRedmond Park in Redmond, Washington. The common concrete parking garage, with 749 shared spaces, serves as a podium for the wood framed apartments, with Townhouse units and retail wrapping the base. The 319 Contemporary Northwest style residential units were designed by Seattle based Johnston Architects. Developed by Legacy Partners Residential, the 3-Star BuiltGreen Certified project was completed in 2009.
The Allure Condominiums
Las Vegas, Nevada
Allure Las Vegas is a 41 story luxury high rise condominium located at the north end of the Las Vegas Strip. Originally designed as twin concrete structures, the project boasts a total of 1,383,258 SF and 800 multifamily units. A 6-story, post tensioned cast in place parking garage provides 1100 parking spaces for the residents. Developed by the Fifield Corporation, Tower One was completed in 2008 and is the tallest residential building in the city of Las Vegas.
The Grove
Carrollton, Texas
The Grove is a mixed use complex planned for development by Sterling Multi-Family Development on 2.5 acres in Carrollton, Texas. The project is comprised of 5 and 6 story buildings, including senior housing and retail components and 6 - 8 story structured parking facilities. The residential building structures are designed utilizing concrete tunnelform frames with wood stud infill and a brick and stucco exterior wall system. The project will seek LEED Certification.
